2008 Jeep Liberty Web Course
In 2008 the Jeep Liberty underwent a major redesign, both exterior and interior. Sales staff at dealerships all across the globe needed to learn about the new feature and benefits of the new model to better sell it to customers. The web course was designed to introduce key features and test users on the knowledge they learned though out the 18 step course. Graphic elements had to convey Jeep's rugged brand.
Working with the team at Media Genesis in Royal Oak, Michigan, the focus was to create engaging animations that kept student's attention and made if fun to learn. The course's tests involved series of real-life scenarios which included potential customers asking questions and the user needing to respond appropriately from knowledge they have learned.
On a personal note: Once the 2008 Jeep Liberty was released to dealerships, I bought one. It was the easiest sell for that salesman ever had.
